Enjoy a unique guided tour and discover the cuisine of Almería.

In this visit, you will have an explanation about the most important monument, the Alcazaba de Almería, where the guide will tell you the history and will make an introduction about the city to continue the tour through the streets of the historic center of the city and reach the Church of San Juan, the old Arab mosque.

The first stop will be at a typical bar in the area where we will have a tapa, the guide will interpret the culture and gastronomy throughout the tour.

We will continue our tour to the Plaza de la Catedral where we can admire its beauty and learn about the history of the city's most important Cathedral as well as Plaza de la Constitución where you will meet one of the most emblematic places in the city, the town hall. Without giving up the art of tapas, we will make the second stop to taste another tapa and gather strength to continue the visit.

We will pass through the Arab Cisterns and continue our journey towards the nerve center of the city, Puerta Purchena, the area up to where the great Arab wall that surrounded the city of Al-Mariyat arrived and we will also cross the Refuges of the Spanish Civil War. Nearby we will taste a well-known and acclaimed liquor by the people of Almería, the "American" in the "Amalia kiosk", the best known and typical of Almería.

To finish we will arrive at the central market, which belongs to the contemporary age where we continue with the mixtures of flavors to taste the last tapa in the city that has been named Gastronomic Capital of Spain in 2019.
